Conveniently located next to the hospital, our Primary Care Clinic offers fast, friendly, and reliable primary care across the lifespan, including acute, chronic, and well health. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Capital Health Plan, and most all other major insurances.
Here is a little information about our Clinical Provider Team.
Jared Barber, MD
Dr. Jared Barber attended Florida State University for his Undergraduate, Masters, and Doctorate Degrees. He obtained a Bachelors Degree in Biology and a Masters Degree in Biomedical Sciences before being accepted into the FSU College of Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Medicine Degree. Jared is grateful to be returning home to serve in Calhoun and Liberty Counties where he grew up.
Laura Ford, ARNP
Laura attended University of South Florida and received her BSN and worked as an RN in Neuro ICU, Cardiac ICU, and Oncology, Education, ER, and Pediatric ER settings before returning to school to obtain her MSN. She is grateful to be able to work and serve the community she lives in.
Hannah Causseaux, ARNP
Hannah is a Florida State University graduate where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Nursing before working as an RN in the Emergency Department. She returned to Auburn University and obtained her Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Hannah is a Blountstown High School graduate and Liberty County native, and she is excited to provide care in her hometown community.
